Workshop 3: Religion, education and training of citizensBelonging to a religion exempts nobody from his duty as citizen and is not sufficient for the building of consciences. However the religions can offer, as a real social service, a set of values structuring people and allowing them to play their role as citizens. How, for its part, can education give more room to the study and knowledge of religious realities? How can it be wider opened to an optional but specifically religious teaching?
